Integrative Vocal Wellness™
A curriculum designed for singers, voice educators, and institutions built at the intersection of technique, culture, endurance, and spirit.
THE FRAMEWORK
Six pillars for one sacred instrument
S
Integrative Vocal Wellness™ treats the voice the way it actually behaves: as a physical system, a cultural inheritance, an emotional tool, and a spiritual instrument - all at once, in every lesson.
Most vocal training addresses one of these at a time - technique in the classroom, healing in therapy, meaning in the sanctuary. IVW™ was built to hold all six together so that the singer thrives as a whole person and not a set of vocal cords to be “corrected”.
The result is a model that voice instructors and private studios can adopt lesson-by-lesson and institutions can align to accreditation standards without losing the cultural and devotional core the work was built from.
HOW IT WORKS
Uncovering your SACRED voice.
You show up as one whole person and not just a set of vocal cords, so IVW™ meets you by working across technique, culture, emotion, healing, psychology, and practice to help you become a healthier, more confident vocalist.
A
Authentic Cultural Artistry
IDENTITY
The singer's own musical culture is honored as a technical tradition in its own right never treated as a detour from a classical default.
Practices are grounded in social-emotional learning that helps a singer read and regulate how they feel before, during, and after rehearsals and performances.
Conscious Emotional Intelligence
AWARENESS
C
Science of the Voice
FOUNDATION
Trauma-informed applied music therapy practices that treat vocal blocks as protective patterns worth understanding, not flaws to drill out.
Restorative Healing Arts
REPAIR
R
Strengths-based vocal coaching that builds confidence a singer can feel in their body, not just hear in feedback.
Embodied Positive Psychology
FLOURISHING
E
The tangible rituals that build healthy practice and performance habits (journals, timers, neti pots, tea, etc.). Devotion made physical, one small daily act at a time.
Devotional Practice
SPIRIT
D
Anatomy, breath mechanics, and technique - the physiological ground every other pillar stands on.
