What Is the SACRED Framework?

IVW™ is a six-pillar model (applied music therapy for singers and vocalists) and every Sacred Voice Circle moves through it:

S — Science of Voice Your voice lives in your body. We start there — breath, posture, the physical instrument underneath every note.

A — Authentic Cultural Artistry Your sound doesn't have to come from a "default" tradition. We locate the voice that's actually yours — lineage, culture, and all.

C — Conscious Emotional Intelligence Before you sing a feeling, you name it. The Circle builds the emotional vocabulary most vocal training skips entirely.

R — Restorative Healing Arts Rest is part of the instrument. We make space for the burnout, the strain, and the recovery singers rarely get permission to talk about.

E — Embodied Positive Psychology Confidence isn't a personality trait — it's a practice. We build it the same way we build tone.

D — Devotional Practice Every Circle closes with ritual. Journaling, breath, a shared tone — a way of carrying the work with you after you leave the room.
